Recommendations and Suggestions

* Wear comfortable shoes for walks and excursions. Preferably closed-toe tennis shoes or hiking shoes. Do not wear high heels, flip-flops, mules, or slippers.

* Wear comfortable clothing, preferably sports clothing, always taking into account the seasons of the year, which can be marked by very high temperatures during spring and summer that can reach or exceed 40º C. In winter and autumn, temperatures can approach 5º C or sometimes be below.

* Always use insect repellent. (Can be purchased at destination)

* Use a hat or cap with protection for the face and ears if possible. (These can be purchased at your destination)

* If possible, bring a raincoat or umbrella. (These can be purchased at your destination)

* Never leave the designated hiking trails and open a new trail within the natural environment.

* Never enter the jungle.

* Never touch or interact with animals or insects.

* Never touch a plant or tree unless you are invited to do so. There are some with natural defensive properties that can hurt or injure a person.

*Respect the rules of conduct inside and outside protected areas (waste management).

* Please respect the instructions, schedules and if you get separated from the group, please notify your guide.
